Payment providers, banks and other regulated counterparties may process personal and transactional information for payment execution, fraud prevention, sanctions screening, AML/KYC, regulatory compliance and dispute handling.

Confidentiality

Client confidentiality does not prevent disclosures required by law, court order, regulator, financial institution or other legally entitled counterparty.
