Confidentiality

Mandate information is treated as confidential subject to applicable law, regulatory obligations, banking and payment-provider requirements, and any separate NDA or engagement terms.

Digital asset settlement

Where digital assets are accepted by prior agreement, clients are responsible for using the correct network and settlement instructions. Blockchain transfers may be irreversible.
